I had mat classes and studio session with Gemma and loved every minute. She is incredibly positive and encouraging. She makes a session so much fun that you forget you've actually worked quite hard. She is a brilliant teacher and I have loved being taught by her. She will challenge you in a way that always makes you want to do more. Her experience and understanding are excellent.

Following an orthopedic referral at 49 yrs old, I was looking for a Pilates teacher. Gemma's positive energy was just the tonic! Gemma encourages you to work at your own pace, be it gentle or more advanced, to strengthen those deep muscles and hold those stretches. Fun, focused, friendly and fabulous!
